1. Marigolds

These annual flowers are great at helping repel mosquitoes. They have an ingredient in them called pyrethrum that keeps insects away. It’s also found in a lot of insect repellants. They make great additions to borders.

Lemongrass is easy to grow and can be used in many ways. Crush the leaves and use the oily mixture right on your skin for the best method. It can also be included in meals (mostly Asian dishes). It also has citronella components in it that keep mosquitoes away.
